About Us

Williams Renewable Energy Limited (“WREL”) is a Barbados Company formed as a wholly owned subsidiary of Williams Caribbean Capital (WCC). WREL was established in response to climate change challenges currently facing the region which have the potential to impact future generations of Barbadians. Our mission is to contribute to the development of a more sustainable environment by democratising capital for renewable energy investments across Barbados. We firmly believe that every Barbadian can contribute to The Government of Barbados’ national energy targets to reach carbon neutrality in 2030. We partner with local landlords, businesses, and government to develop renewable energy projects from inception to operation.
